INFORMATION NOTICE PURSUANT TO ART. 13/14 GDPR 2016/679

Zin Aviation S.r.o., in the person of the legal representative p.t., with registered office in 2 Kvetna 685, 76361 Napajedla, Czech Republic and operational headquarters in 2 Kvetna 685, 76361 Napajedla, Czech Republic (hereinafter “Owner”), to implement the rules that protect the processing of personal data of individuals, with this information it intends to provide essential information that allows individuals to exercise the rights provided for by current legislation.

We inform you that, for the establishment and execution of contractual relations with you in progress, our organization is in possession of your data, also acquired verbally, directly or through third parties, qualified as personal by the 2016/679 European Regulation from ( GDPR).

PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Personal Data, also provided through the site, will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. purposes related to the execution of a contract of which it is a party or to the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request;

The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes referred to in point a) is the execution of a contract or the response to a request that does not require consent pursuant to the applicable law (GDPR 679/2016 Legislative Decree 196 / 03 and subsequent amendments).

The purpose referred to in point b) does not involve the processing of Personal Data, while for the purposes referred to in point d) it represents a legitimate processing of Personal Data pursuant to the Applicable Law since, once the Personal Data has been provided, the processing is indeed necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.

The provision of Personal Data for the purposes listed above is optional, but failure to provide them could make it impossible to find a request or fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.

We may also use the contact details we have received to send service communications that are instrumental to the management of the contractual relationship. Please note that if you do not provide us with your contact details, we will not be able to contact you promptly to provide you with useful information in relation to the contractual relationship and other service communications.

LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

For the purposes described above, the legal basis that legitimizes the processing is the need to have personal data for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the himself and in his interest. Another legal basis that legitimizes the use of data for this purpose is the need to have personal data to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.

METHOD OF USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are processed by Zlin Aviation S.r.o. – data controller – even in an automated form but only in a manner strictly necessary to provide the performance, services requested or provided for in your favor.

RECIPIENTS

Your Personal Data may be shared, for the purposes specified in point 3, with:

  1. subjects necessary for the provision of the services offered by the Zlin Aviation S.r.o. website including, by way of example, the sending of e-mails and newsletters and for the analysis of the functioning of the Site who typically act as data processors of Zlin Aviation;
  2. persons authorized by Zlin Aviation S.r.o. to process Personal Data who are committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality (eg employees and collaborators of Zlin Aviation S.r.o.);

In particular, the data may be communicated, in execution of the contract or for information activities of the services rendered by the owner, to some of the following subjects

  2. IT services and digital communication or archiving companies; postal services companies (for the transmission, enveloping, transport and sorting of communications to customers or in execution of the contract);
  3. other subjects, such as organizations, freelancers, databases to whom the communication of data is mandatory.

These subjects, for your protection, will carry out the function of “manager” or “person in charge” of the processing of your data or, where the law allows it, operate as separate “owners” of the treatment.

In the event that you do not want your data to be disclosed to the categories of subjects indicated above (except for the subjects referred to in point 3.3), you will want to send an email to: privacy@zlinaero.com.

In the event that your personal data has not been provided directly to “Zlin Aviation S.r.o.”, we invite you to request immediate cancellation and / or destruction by sending communication in the manner described in this statement.

DATA STORAGE TIME

The data is kept for as long as necessary to manage the relationship with the data subject, it being understood that after 10 years from the termination of the relationship with the customer, the data is deleted.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CONTACTS

Within the limits established by the applicable laws, you have the right to know who the data processors are, obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, access your data, have them updated, supplemented, rectified o cancel, request their limitation and oppose their processing in the cases provided for by law, lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, request data portability and assert the right to be forgotten. PRIVACY POLICY

Zlin Aviation S.r.o., with registered office in 2 Kvetna 685, 76361 Napajedla, Czech Republic as owner of the processing of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree no. lgs. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments – Code regarding the protection of personal data (“Privacy Code”) – and EU Regulation 679/2016 applicable from 25 May 2018 – General Data Protection Regulation (“RGPD”) (hereinafter forward, the Privacy Code and the RGPD are collectively referred to as the “Applicable Law”) invites its users, before making any communication of personal data, to carefully read this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), as it contains important information on protection of personal data and the security measures adopted to guarantee their confidentiality in full compliance with the Applicable Regulations.

Furthermore, the Privacy Policy is intended only for the site “www.zlinaero.com” (“Site”), while it does not apply to other websites that may be consulted through external links; is to be understood as information provided pursuant to art. 13 of the Regulations Applicable to those who interact with the Site; complies with Recommendation no. 2/2001 concerning the minimum requirements for online data collection in the European Union, adopted on 17 May 2001 by the Article 29 Working Group.

Zlin Aviation S.r.o. informs you that the processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose limitation and retention, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality. Your personal data will therefore be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the Applicable Law and the confidentiality obligations set forth therein.

NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems of the Site collect some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.   4. MODIFICATIONS
    This Privacy Policy is effective from 25 May 2018. Zlin Aviation S.r.o. reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in part or completely, also due to changes in the Applicable Regulations that will be published on the site and will become binding. Zlin Aviation S.r.o. therefore invites you to visit the site regularly so that you can always be updated on the data collected and on the use made of it.
